Researchers from Moscow Zoo studied Pallas’ cat in Daursky reserve

Фото с сайта Московского зоопаркаThe goals of the field research were to gather the scats of Pallas’ cat in order to study bacterial flora and to investigate mother behaviour, particularly to find and describe the dens. This work will contribute to breeding of this problem wild cat species in zoos.  The work was made in the frames of the EARAZA Program on Pallas’ cat studies, preservation and breeding.
